DSTV Call Centre Agents - Incompetence!!!!

What pathetic service from DSTV call Centre. I have sent the past four days since Monday trying to get my services back online. Every call takes and hour and a half and every call center agent has a different story and when they can't fix the problem, they disconnect the call and don't have the descents to call back. Tonight I spent another hour and half on a call and they hung up on me. When I ask to speak to the team leader Derren from the Durban office, he refused to coming to the phone to speak to me and resolve the problem, so much so that he asked the agent why she told me he was there when I heard him. 5 days and still not able to watch and I have made payment for the month before my payment date. Keep get reference numbers and promises that technicians will call me.... what a load of *******. You don't pay and they disconnect you, you pay 10 days before actual payment date and you still can't watch because of a technical issues that no one seems to be able to fix.
