Dstv call centre agents clueless
In july i was offered price lock for R829. I accepted, on 16 Aug an agent called and asked if i was interested in another explora ultra for R99 a month i accepted. So the amount to deduct would be R829+R99. When i look at my app the amount shows R1059. Why!! your agents are clueless at the call centre. I need someone to contact me after 10 calls i have gotten no help!.
