Dstv call centre

Ncamsile Ngwaba should not work in any call centre. She is rude and aggressive and lies about being off-line. No help at all.... I will be taking this further. If I could have scored 0 I would have. I phoned back 5 times, and it must be said the other operators was helpful despite me being irate from the first call. Guess there is always a bad apple.... Please launch an investigation into this I'm sure the calls are recorded. You could only loose business due to attitude of some call centre staff.
