Dstv call centers does not speak sotho languages

Dstv call center agents does not knoe how to communicate with users who speak setswana or sesotho or sepedi or tsonga i guess even venda. The call senterd are only in kzn, Eastern cape and western cape. This so poor of them this means they are only catering for people who speak English afrikaans and nguni languages. I will be canceling my subscription very soon. They dont want to serve the population of South Africa.
