DSTV call center workers so unprofessional I'm disappointed 😞

I paid MultiChoice via cell phone banking on the 15 os December 2021 money buy mistake I have sended document for them to refund the money I sended my document twice and called several times I'm always i also have a reference number they promised that I will be refunded everything is fine but till this day I haven't got my refund the consultant's at their call center they are so unprofessional because they can't do their work if I keep on calling but these no refund after I followed their protocol and procedures for getting my money back but I instead they promise that I will get my money but it's just lies I'm just disappointed
