DStv Call Center Offer

Good day

I would like to start off by saying that this post isnt to say that DStv is bad or anything. This is here because in November we were offered a package by Dstv where we could get the explora 2 with installation by signing up for a deal and getting a debit order setup for R 849pm.

If we cancelled this deal we would pay a R 150 fine but still keep everything and also our price would be locked for 24 months. This was not a contract like the current Price Deal that they have and we didnt contact Dstv for this deal.

I still have all the email proof from Dstv and the numbers we were called on. We did contemplate if this was a **** but I did call in to Dstv and they said that they were offering this to customers that haven't set up a Debit order and that had Dstv subscription for a long time.

So after all this, we have smsed the number numerous times to finalize this but haven't been called back. I want the deal and was told this will end at the end of this month.
