DSTV call center fiasco

Contacting the DSTV call center is a waste of time. I recently spend more than 30 minutes with a call center operator on the phone, this after being bombarded with introductory marketing nonsense, whilst I only wanted assistance with over charging. Needless to say, after 30 minutes it is still not sorted out. Save yourself the trouble, don't call!
