Dstv call center

I was called by one of the consultants about 3 months ago I was offered a debit odder option since I had no time and I'm always busy at work I was happy for the option.. Since I was offered that option I have to pay reconnection fee all the time cause the money never gets debited and I have to pay it cash tried calling the call center to speak to a manager and I would be put on hold for the longest time.. And I have spent about 200 trying to get hold of theme... Dstv needs competition they are all ***********
