DSTV - Call Cenrer experience i
I ONLY wish that DSTV/MultiChioce will learn something from my expierience dealing with the call centers. Why did I have to contact HELLO PETER before someone was prepared to listen to what I, the customer, was saying?

27 Nov 2023, 21:41 I think that I was a little to hasty giving DSTV/MultiChoice a favourable review, after reconnecting my service within 72 hours of my initial review.
However, that was short lived when yesterday I found my service suspended again.
Please review my contact with the call Centre this evening (***-i374).
Once again one finds oneself engaging with a call centre operative that will not listen to you (the customer). Literally calls you a **** when you tell her that you have never ordered or authorised any additional packages on your profile. No! She insists, "you must have made a mistake and clicked on the wrong buttons" The more I insist that that never happened the more she tells me that that is what happened. AGAIN, when I ask for the call to be escalated to the ACCOUNTS department and or the ***** department, the more my plea falls on deaf ears. Please listen to my “taped” conversation with the call centre this evening, you will understand and appreciate just how frustrating it is the deal people who have been given no initiative to deal with the public other than to hold them at bay.
It really looks like the time has come to go to SAPS and hold the CEO personally responsible for the policies that have been setup to deal with the public and ***** and the leaking of PERSONAL INFORMATION to the ****sters at large.
I am now beyond fed-up.
My rating for DSTV/MultiChoice is revised to ZERO STARS
