DSTV call back

Further to my previous Bouquet and Brickbat for DSTV.Their reply was that they would contact me shortly. A day after their reply DSTV phoned me .The loud background noise from their very busy call centre and the distortion from their phone made it impossible for me to hear/understand what they were saying .I told the caller of the problem and cut the call .Since then no call/communication
