DSTV *******

I made a dstv payment on the 5th of June via the dstv app and when you do you don't have to put a reference number. It's generates its own and it pays. It took time for it to process and then it showed that payment was successfully. Now with Tyme you can't get a pdf with a stamp on it. I sent then what I had with the reference number their app used when I was making a payment. I spoke to Kearabile and she told me to email it to *** and I did. She said I would receive an automatic response and I got nothing. I was told to go on the chat WhatsApp service and I was chatting to Onwabile who told be that the reference number I used was incorrect, which was generated by their app. I was told again to email the above, which I then refused.The point is that my money was taken from my account and I gave in the proof Tha I paid. But they still don't want to allocate. I'm am very angered by this because now, I paid but they don't want to allocate. Can they at least refund me. It's their system that generated the wrong info.
