DStv *******

In March I was trying to assist my father in Zim with him dstv account and log in to the online portal to check status. Had to call an agent to assist as it would not link to his card. Agent said it would show linked the next day and gave my dad details to use. At the end of the month I saw a debit order for multi choice go of my bank. Called agent and asked them to reverse the deduction immediately as the account is paid in Zim and it's not mine to pay. They confirmed it would be reversed. Again today I see the debit order being taken off my account. I have not had dstv here in SA since 2013 and i did not authorise them to deduct during my call to the first agent.
