On the 10 January 2025 i took data contract with DStv. DStv sold me a home wifi data with misleading information "they provide free showmax" they advise me to cancel the showmax subscription that i have. Later when i found that i was mislead i lodge complain with DStv complaint department and the resolution was to cancel contract as they have listen to the recording and indeed i was mislead or i can forgive the consultant that i mislead me.

I decided to cancel the contract now they indicate that i have to pay the remaining contract fee which they deducted pay 3months on an instalment.
