DSTV

I have been trying for two weeks now to try and speak to someone from DSTV pricelock with no joy. the number I was given, *** does not get answered, I held on for over an hour the 1st time and 20 minutes yesterday. I was given email addresses which don't work (***) as spelt by the person that gave it to me. A debit order went off my account on the 16.09.2019 for the amount of R 1215.76 instead of the normal R 989.00, my balance for October according to a recorded message is R 894.00. I cannot speak to anyone to clarify the price fluctuations on a Pricelock contract. The service is disgusting and the people you do manage to speak to are clearly uneducated, untrained and do not have a clue what they are doing. I even tried the WhatsApp number yesterday which was down due to maintenance. don't get me started on the content of what is available on DSTV
