DSTV

During a call to MULTICHOICE (ROBIN) on the 11TH NOV at 6pm I was informed of an offer going for the month of NOVEMBER on the DSTV COMPACT PACKAGE. I expressed an interest as it seemed worthwhile & came at a lesser charge of R439/ R469 per month. I am a long time GOTV client now paying an exorbitant R535 for 5 channels only which previously included all the radio channels plus movie channels. This is no longer avl to me unless I pay per channel - even MORE. I was told by ROBIN that a consultant would be in contact shortly to discuss my options further. To date I have NOT had any calls from DSTV in this regard!! Today at 3.r5 pm I contacted DSTV again spoke to ESONA & once again was put on hold for AGES while she said she was going to FOLLOW UP on the above matter!!!!!! (she promised to return my call - - still waiting) - - No wonder people are fed up with DSTV & as a result cancelling their packages as there is simply NO service when needed. This SPECIAL OFFER ends month end & I am yet to be contacted regarding my portions. I. Have been a DSTV & GOTV client for 30 years.
