DSTV BUSINESS - APPALLING & ***********

We have received the most appalling, *********** service from DSTV Business. Having app**** for a DSTV Business account for our newly established B&B operation the promised activation time was within 24 hours.

3 weeks later, endless back and forth emails to DSTV, infuriating phone calls trying to navigate the DSTV call centre automated switchboard in the hopeless pursuit of trying to talk to a human being and not an AI robotic voice system.

DSTV/Multichoice seems to be one (and the worst) of many ‘service’ Companies that are suffering from Covid apathy and in their attempts to rely on technology, have destroyed the human element of service delivery.
