DSTV - BUNCH OF ROUGES AND BULLIES

We have been DSTV subscribers for many years now and have decided to cancel our subscription. We have been trying to do this for the last 3 months with no success. I was finally given a settlement letter after about a dozen phone calls and requests etc. We made the payment according to the amount on the settlement letter in Nov 2018, the proof of payment and the settlement letter was emailed to the emails addressed provided to us in Nov 2018. To date my subscription has not been cancelled. We are still being charged, and now we are being threatened to by DSTV that we are going to be handed over and "BLACKLISTED" for outstanding payments. BIGGEST BUNCH OF ***********, ROUGES AND BULLIES I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.!!!
