DStv bunch of ******

DStv is a bunch of ******, they have upgraded my account twice without my permission and did a data update without consent and now I asking me to pay for the ***** they have committed on my account, its been almost two months now since I've asked them to investigate but I still have no feedback, they have since disconnected my services even though I pay a monthly fee of what I have signed for.
