DSTV broken promise

On Black Friday LAST YEAR in 2018 we bought a new decoder which promised installation included in the price. This decoder is still sitting here in a box. We could NEVER find an installer who would do it. The advertising plus the box said Installation included in the price. But it's just sitting here. No service.
