Dstv bridging our contract

Dstv Multichoice is bridging our contract we both agreed to. Last month I was over billed and was advised to reverse the debit order. And during the whole month of September my services were disconnected several times and I had to call them to escalate my case over and over To my surprise again this month i was over billed whereas they debited R698 from my account instead of R549 for Price Lock , which I picked up that they actually billing me two subscriptions R385 and R111. 77. There has been no adjustment to my account until today Please anyone who can help or advise me
