DSTV BOXOFFICE TAKING MONEY BUT MOVIES ARE NOT SHOWING!!

Dissapointed in DSTV service!

I rented out a Movie from Box Office on Sunday. The movie did not show, Please see below trail of events- i have suppprting call recordings. I called Dstv on Monday and Akhona with reference ***. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond me, guy spoke over me and went on and re rented the movie again causing me to get charged 3 times for a Movie that I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN. he mentioned that he had escalated the matter and that he would call me in 3hours and did not make the call.

I called back after 24hrs and spoke to someone else, her name is Olothando. She told me the same story that she was escalating the matter and that i would be contacted in 24hrs... reference is Olothando ***/ i14 . Again, no call received.

Today, I spoke to Tegan who also mentioned that he is ' escalating ' the matter and gave me ref.#Inc-*** (Escalation 3).

Honestly speaking, this is by far the worst customer xperience from DSTV!

We continue to wait and continue to plea that you waiver all amounts charged as we cannot pay for a movies that were never made available for us to watch! And Fix whatever issue there is with Boxoffice not making movies available after i have paid.
