DSTV Boxoffice online rental ****

Rented a Boxoffice movie online, paid, movie showed it was available to watch, did not work. Trying for 7 days to resolve, Nobody at dstv/ chat/call centre either prepared or could help. When you follow up on ref number, they say you need to call the call centre, when you phone the call centre, then they cant help you because you are not a DSTV customer
