DStv Boxoffice

I rented a Boxoffice movie on 3rd August. Received a confirmation sms. Needless to say the movie was never loaded despite being charged. Contacted them the next day via messenger, was assured it will be resolved. Received another sms. Still the movie not loaded. Informed them again the same afternoon, and was asked to send various screenshots. Waited.... And still waiting... Judging by previous reviews they clearly couldn't care less about their reputation, let alone clients. It seems nobody knows what they are doing. Explains why people are cancelling and going the streaming route. Please spare yourselves the inconvenience and loss of money.
