DSTV Boxoffice and customer service sucks!
Every time we try to rent a movie it takes more than one try. We get the sms confirming the rental but the movie is not available. DSTV has a real customer service problem. The last time we were just informed Boxoffice was not available. Tonight when I called them they did not recognise the ID number.
