DSTv Boxoffice a ********** Sales Gimmick

I am a Premium subscriber with NO access to Boxoffice, a feature that is automatically included with this subscription. To date I have logged approximately 15 complaints with DStv, Boxoffice and Dstv Now. I am told on several occasions that my issue will be escalated to Boxoffice technical. Two call center agents committed to call me back with feedback, to date no feedback. Boxoffice is offline and you cant get through to them by phone. My smartcard is apparently not linked to my cell number. I linked this on my online account when I subscribed some 2 years now. Does Boxoffice actually exist, is this a sales gimmick for clients to take the Premium package and then not getting a Premium package?
