Dstv box office stole my money and two weeks later have done nothing to correct

This is my second complaint

SEEING AS LAST REPORT DSTV FAILED TO ADDRESS AS PROMISED

Is seems dstv does not take hellopeter reports seriously

They simply show face here and do nothing to correct the complaints laid

On the 31st I paid money to box office

Two weeks later the movie I paid for has not been made available

This in fact happened last month as well it took dstv 7 days to correct the first time

Second time around two weeks later and I have not been reimbursed Dstv literally stole my money
