DStv Box Office Rental ****

I just rented a movie on box office online. I just paid for the movie and the transaction was registered on my bank account, yet there is no movie available and no history of the rental on my connect id account.

In the footer of the DStv box office page there is a link to "email ****", however, it seems that the link just takes you to the main page of dstv. Yet another ****!

Could you please refund me or fix your services architecture. I also cannot link my smart card, the page gives a 404 error.

I pay so much for DStv, but your service keeps on disappointing. I hope Netflix disrupts your business when our internet infrastructure improves in our country.
