Dstv Box Office is a lie

I'm soo angry with Dstv particularly Box Office I rented two movies and they never came.. Spoke to a consultant and I did everything they told me but still my movies never came.. Soo this is false adverti*****t and ***** cause you pay for something you'll never get to watch.. This is very upsetting.. Fix this and stop blaming signal ???
