Dstv Box office first movie free keep your promise

To whom this May concern.<br> <br> Dstv advertises that their customers can watch the first movie on box office for free.<br> <br> Is this false advertising ? Are you tricking DsTV clients?<br> <br> I have been a long term client of Dstv and when I called the call centre I had been told that i had already watched a movie on box office. <br> <br> I had explained that this was not possible. The agent continued to patronize me.<br> <br> I do not appreciate someone accusing me of being a ****.<br> <br> Furthermore this is not how a customer should be treated.<br> <br> Honour the DSTV promise made in the advert.<br> <br> The call centre manager also promised to call me after one hour with a resolution. <br> <br> This did not happen.<br> <br> Please can someone from head office take me seriously. <br> <br> <br> <br>
