Dstv Box Office deliver what you promise
<p>I wanted to rent a movie on Box office on 02/01/17 at 14:08 and i received the below sms"s</p> <p>BoxOffice :Sorry ,this smartcard is not registered for BoxOffices.Please sms number to 37569 to register it.</p> <p>I then registered it.</p> <p>@ 14:12</p> <p>BoxOffice :Welcome to the home of the biggest blockbusters!Now you may rent your favourite new movies at the touch of a button!Your FIRST movie is on us!Send your rental code to bo.dstv.com.Rent movies from movies from your couch using either debit order,credit card or simply top up with our any of the methods made available to you .T&C apply.</p> <p>But now they dont want to give me my free movie.I called the call center the first consultant i spoke to didnt have an idea how it works and the 2nd put me on hold and when i requested an email address to show proof of the sms`s.</p> <p>I wanted to rent so please just give me my free movie ..if its system error then fix it but after i watch my movie.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Unfortunately the credit you promised is still not availbale as you assured yesterday.

I even rebooted the xplorer but still not there.

Received a call on the 12th and the lady said that everything was sorted so i checked the following day but it wasnt so.I even rebooted the xplorer but it didnt work.
I think as a client i have said enough i will find other means to get the movies that i wanted to watch.
