DSTV Box Office - can’t top up online

DSTV Box Office top up option online through their portal has not been working for over 3 weeks now. The top up payment functionality PayU cannot initiate. Went to online chat to try and find out what the problem is and the response I got was that the issue has been escalated with no foreseeable turn around time. Come on DSTV we already pay so much money per month to watch the same programs over and over and when one wants to watch something different spontaneously (and must still pay for it) they get told to make an EFT payment or pay at a participanting retailer. Really? With all this digital functionality that we no doubt pay for. What is going on DSTV and when will this situation be rectified?
