dstv box office and price lock!!

I have been a dstv premium subscriber for over 5 years and iv never been more unhappy with the service!! I recently did price lock and i regret that decision because my box office has not worked since i joined!! I have called many times without any help just rudeness from the call center agents!! This sucks man...if youre thinking of price lock.. DO NOT DO IT!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
