Dstv box office

I got an email from multichoice saying that of I rent a movie on box office the first movie I rent will be for free I only pay for the second movie plus I'll get a debonair voucher for R100, I rented the first movie no voucher rented the second one still no voucher and to my surprise dstv charged me for the first movie they claim was for free and charged me twice for the last movie I rented which means I'm supposed to pay for 3 dam movies tried calling and they are not able to assist me very disappointed at the service and their lies.
