DStv box office a joke !

It is with great disappointment that I write this review. Over the past years everytime we try and rent a movie, it gives us a message, keep your popcorn ready BUT we have NEVER been able to watch any movie, if you call the call centre they say unplug at the wall un***** all the wires, and STILL NOTHING. We have even taken the decoder in for a new one? This is ridiculous and people should know - we lost then R30 and a couple of times R35 and now R40 ?? Really what’s up with Box office
