Dstv Box Office

So I just received a call from the associates reporting that my account is in arrears(I was never contacted by multi choice to inform me about such). This call caught me by surprise. I used to pay cash for my premium account and now it's via debt order.

I am so confused to why my box office is not linked to my account? I was never advised that i had to pay separately for both box office and my premium service.Why is this not billed once? This is so frustrating honestly.

I refuse to have a bad credit record because of Dstv. Next time please advise your call center agents to specify and clarify when they are selling or offering a service to us.
