DSTV blocked my channels that I'm paying for monthly

DSTV has blocked all my channels l, I can only view SABC while I'm paying my monthly premium through debit order. I tried their what's up number and they requested my details but still not assisting. I'm totally disappointed and don't know what to do anymore.
