Utter incompetency. Never ever take a special of reduced package prices with them. It will become your worst nightmare and you will get to know how poor their service delivery actually is. You will spend hours on end to the call center where agents will take your call and leave you hanging on the call for over an half hour and not get back to you. They have no clue what customer service is.
