DSTV Black Friday Deal ****!
I took out the Black Friday Explora Deal for R*** Dec. Ever since the service became active I have been charged way over R499 as per the deal agreement. Each time I call, it ends with I must must wait for feedback my account would be rectified.
Each time I call, I must start from explaining from the begining.
It is annoying and the agents seem pretty much useless at this point.
