DSTV bills for bogus oustanding amounts

DSTV Multichoice used to be a reputable company held in high esteem by me and many others.

DSTV Multichoice will surely lose its esteem with many clients if DSTV Multichoice continues to bill customers for fictitious outstanding account balances especially for an account closed in 2019 with a zero outstanding balance!!

So called outstanding monies which were never claimed in invoices for customers, either through email or phone call, are now sent to debt recovery for payment two years later!!

Only now recently from June 2021 no less, ALMOST 2 YEARS LATER do debt recovery agents continually badger closed account holders for 2019 bogus outstanding monies.

When questioned about it, their consultants (after numerous phone calls to resolve the issue) keep escalating the issue. Their supervisors then phone to say it is resolved and the balance is zero BUT only to find out that a month later NOTHING has been resolved with DSTV Multichoice or their debt recovery company, Capital Recovery who keep calling to retrieve bogus otstanding monies.

Pathetic and sorry state of affairs from a company sadly in decline.
