DSTV Billing unacceptable
Please everyone be aware . When calling into the call Centre to cancel your DSTV account, DSTV are saying that unless you specify that you want every single connection on your account closed they will still bill you . So they do not close your entire account on your ID number but still bill if you if you have not verbally specified xtra view etc etc . This is to me *****ing money . They then hand you over to Blake attorneys who say you owe a pro rata. So you pay the pro rata and then they hit you with another bill that unless you pay another amount for the extras that they are still billing you for they will not reconnect you if that’s what you want or worse off your name remains on the credit bureau as a bad payer . Please watch your DSTV account very carefully And query anything you may find NOT KOSHER
We tried to call you to no avail.
