DSTV billing snafu
My billing is completely mixed up. There are strange entries, some duplicates and so on
None of their self service channels allow you.to raise a query let alone challenge an incorrect item.
The Umhlanga office phone number goes unanswered.
About time for their entire billing system to be AUDITED.
