DSTV BILLING ****
I have been trying to sort out my account problems since last Saturday - 19 telephone calls and 2 messages. Account ***0. Have DSTV Access - pay R235 per month - which is deducted in total every month and has been. On 1 November R649 was deducted incorrectly .. after complaining was told I would be contacted - still waiting - instead have had R180 credicted to the account - STILL LEAVING A SHORT FALL OF R 234 - Not even the live chat, Messenger service, nor the Whatsapp works.....shocking
