DSTV billing nightmare and inexplicable fines

As a customer for a long time, i am really starting to feel very cheated by DSTV. i have a number of decoders on my account and then this month i see services on one decoder have been suspended due to money owed. Apparently i activated services on the 18th of October even though i have never done this. I asked for proof or recording of phone call and was bluntly told i could activated the service by the app or other channels which is almost impossible, the decoder in question had been paid for in full from the beginning of the month-now am told i have to pay R223 as this was the outstanding amount. It gets worse the amount is R223 this day tomorrow its R123 just depends on who i talk to-this if anyone cares enough they can check if they since my calls are recorded by the call center. Seeing that it was a lost cause, trying to fight the R223, i decided to deactivate some services and was left with 2 compact subs and 1 access so that i could just pay that R223 ******* and then i paid R1100 to cover for the previously mentioned subs+subs, and then i get the shock of my life, i got a text immediately stating that i now owe an additional R377! for what i don't know. why has DSTV resorted to make so much billing errors that just disadvantage their clients and yet they never charge me less. how do they claim services were activated for a decoder that has been working since the beginning of the month and they arbitrarily decide that you owe this much and disconnect services. ensuring that i can only reconnect via app and call center must be ways for DSTV to check if a client really reactivated services and if there is no record of such why do i have to bear the burden. I feel bad you took R223 from me under false pretenses and i wish one person from your company can review my account and set aside these false claims of services that were already activated. and please remove that R377, you cant sent me sms demanding that figure claiming that your system is late to update because next thing i will see a disconnection fine and the whole circus will start over. Do not ***** from clients.
