DSTV billing me for something I'm not using!

I think this is the 3rd if not 4th review I'm writing now without assistance. Dstv, I have exhausted all your complaints channels but sitll not getting assistance. I was promised a new router 3 weeks ago but to date I haven't received anything from you, not even a mere phone call for feedback. Not sure whether Your staff is *********** or clueless cos I'm being taken from pillar to post whenever I try to get feedback. I don't know how many times my query was escalated still today, its being escalated. Come on now dstv, even this channel no longer helps🙄
