DSTV billing me for arrears?? Ridiculous
I stopped paying my DSTV account (as I have done numerous times before) and they cut me off. Now they are sending me a bill of R208 stating because they did not cut me off in time I have to pay now.
DSTV is a pay upfront and then use service (pay as you go). This is ridiculous.
Are you so desperate now because you are losing thousands of customers?
If this is not written off and resolved I am going to take my decoder the the junkyard and I will never again reconnect.

24 Oct 2018, 13:31No reaction speaks volumes of where this company is heading. PS:- If they dont sort this out (I have been a paying DSTV customer for over 15 years) I will destroy my decoder and never activate it again.
