DSTV billing incorrect every time!😡

Every month the amount due is not correct. And after paying that amount they want another payment. My dad’s dstv account apparently has an amount due of R861,54. For DSTV family? What is worse is Khanyisile the agent I spoke to says there was an additional decoder. There is only one decoder. She disconnected the other decoder- but still insists I must pay for it. It’s unacceptable. That’s the very reason you continue to lose customers!
