DSTV BILLING FOR NOTHING

DSTV i must notify you of the following.

I tried calling DSTV yesterday to query on showmax and i was advised i owe something like R412 for streaming and re connection fee.

1- DSTV debited me every month with no issues. 2- When i cancelled DSTV I gave my 30 day notice and was told nothing owed as i was on a M2M contract 3- show max was cancelled by show max them selves 4-THe consultants could not give me a clear reason why i owe such an amount. spoke to 3 yesterday 5- Every time i tried get more details the call got cut all 3 calls 6- Consultant i spoke to said if they cancel my streaming service the money owed will be removed from my account, that makes no sense 7- This morning app shows i owe an higher amount

DSTV- all this makes no sense and i paid always month in advance so why do i owe this high rand value.

This matter will not be taken lightly DSTV as i have been paid monthly with no issues as DTSV debited me. I am extremely furious.

This is ridiculous!
