DSTV billing FOR NO SERVICE
I have never received such poor service from a service provider than DSTV. We had an arrangement on the Price Lock. I had to honor my side but DSTV was not. So they are now billing me every month for a service I AM NOT RECEIVING. If I have a contract which i need to pay for, WHY ARE MY SERVICE BEING SUSPENDED???? I called now 2 months in a row trying to resolve this issue to pay the outstanding balance BUT DSTV ARE REFUSING TO ASSIST ME. FOR 4 MONTHS I AM WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME. 4 MONTHS. I am not getting any service but I am getting billed for it. Even the Supervisor could not even assist. I AM NOT PAYING FOR A SERVICE I AM NOT RECEIVING

I tried to sort things out on NUMEROUS occasions, but to no avail......so i guess, my account will never be paid....I actually cant complain about service, because there is NONE!
