DSTV BILLING ERROR NIGHTMARE

So I have been having HUGE problems with xtra view connection and ended up canceling it. So fo the past two months I have been paying R539. My account is on price lock but now SUDDENLY the system claims that my next installment is R602. HOW? I have checked on the app no answers, I have tried the whatsapp chat no answer, I have called the *** but it takes me to voice mail for some reason. What is going on with DSTV? They will debit me and not refund only to tell me that I will be credited next month. This is unacceptable because we don't all have extra funds lying around to accommodate their billing errors! I am so frustrated!
