DSTV Billing Enquiry

<p>I have called Pretoria call centra Twice and spoke to 3 people and no one can explain to me why DSTV is billing me more that my subscritoin. What I see on my statement and what they are telling me is 2 different things. I first spoke to Ajanda, asking her if my subscribtion is R844 why is DSTV billing me R913? and I pay extra for rentals, so that is not included- different billing on statement. She told me its Showmax- spoke to show max- billing me seperate and the cancelled it, so it's not that. Called again- Zanele had to ask someone else every question I had to ask, so I was put on hold so many times and she could still not answer my question. I then spoke to Thato- she told me they cannot assist I need to go into a walk in centre!!! Why should I??? I work for a living- that is why DSTV has got a Call Cantre for Billing enquiries. She could not log a call for me or assist me with NOTHING!!! DSTV is REDICULOUS- you are charging your Subscriber a rediculous amount and cannot even tell me what you are billing me for!!!!! I want answers NOW regarding what you are billing me for and what included the redicilous amount of R913 and i do NOT WANT TO GO TO A WALK IN CENTRE!!!!!!!!!!!! USELESS!!!!!!</p>
